Welcome to Ms. Bost's Webpage

Hello.  My name is Meredith Bost and I teach Social Studies at A.L. Brown High School.  I was born and raised in China Grove, NC and attended South Rowan High School.  I went to college at UNC Charlotte, where I was a North Carolina Teaching Fellows.  At Brown I teach AP Government and Honors/Regular Civics and Economics.  I also coach the swim team at Brown.  I am a firm believer that learning can be fun!  Education is something that students should look forward to, not something they dread.  I will try my best everyday to be upbeat, energetic and informed.  So sit back, relax and get ready to learn new and exciting things.  Remember...learning and history can be FUN!
